Training Programs


Now is the time to "GET ON THE BUS" and join the running revolution! Anyone can be a runner. We come in all shapes and sizes but the great thing about running's one foot in front of the other. Some slow, some fast, some walk a bit and it doesn't matter. It's about community and being together. Join us for our all new 5K, Half and Trail training programs - now known as FLEET FEET RUNNING CLUB. Learn to run if you never have before, improve on your 5K time, do your first half marathon or just get faster! Benefits include 8 week training schedule, 1x per week group coached workouts (Saturdays), finishers patch and post event party. Start your commitment to a healthier you in 2018 with Fleet Feet.

The OFFICIAL California International Marathon Training


Fleet Feet Sports, The Sacramento Running Association (SRA) and New Balance have partnered to bring you a California International Marathon (CIM) training experience like no other! The Official CIM training program has everything- experienced coaches, goal-based training schedules, insights from CIM insiders, along with premium race day experiences. While this marathon training program is filled with perks at its core it is about building a community of people who share a passion and want to work together to reach their goals. This program is about encouraging and motivating one another to do your best.
