The Fleet Feet Personal Rewards (PR) program thanks customers for their loyalty by truly rewarding them. Each time you accumulate $250.00 in merchandise purchases you will receive a $25.00 in-store credit valid on future purchases. It’s simple.

Once you reach $250 in purchases we will notify you by e-mail that we are holding an in-store PR credit good towards your next purchase. You can sign-up with store personnel at any time. Our database will not be sold or shared with any third-party entity. Pick up a PR flyer at our store for terms and conditions.

Fleet Feet Peeps

The newest of our loyalty programs helps you help us. Anytime you purchase footwear you will receive a FLEET FEET PEEPS postcard. Just fill it out (don’t worry about the stamp, we’ll take care of that) and give it to someone who has never been fit for footwear by us before. When they bring the PEEPS card back to us, we’ll mail it to you for $10.00 off your next footwear purchase.

Fleet Feet Sports Stockton will ship your products to you free of charge within the continental U.S. on purchases of $80.00 or more. We maintain your purchase history, so if you know what you need or not, just give us a call and your products will be on their way within 24 hours (Note: orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm and on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday).

return policy

We will accept returns or exchanges of any item purchased at any Fleet Feet Sports store for 30 days from the date of your original purchase. Items must be in like-new condition and be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Shoes and accessories must be in original packaging and original tags must accompany apparel.

If we cannot satisfy your needs with another product, we will refund your purchase in the same manner in which you paid.

However, worn or used merchandise may be returned or exchanged if judged defective by Fleet Feet Sports staff.
